Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Typically, orders are sent out within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Our warehouse functions from Monday to Saturday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays when it is non-operational. During these periods, we work to ensure that any delays in shipping are limited.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Delivery: Usually takes between 2 and 7 days to reach their destination.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. The estimated number of days for your specific location will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.

Shipping Charges Shipping expenses are determined at the time of checkout, taking into account the weight, size, and delivery location of the products in the order. The shipping fee will be included in the total purchase amount. This amount will serve as the ultimate cost for shipping to the customer.

Out of Stock Items In the event that an item is unavailable, we will proceed to cancel and refund the out-of-stock items while sending out the remaining items in your order.

Rescheduling Delivery If you are unable to receive the delivery, you have the option to reschedule with the courier for another delivery time or collect the package from their premises.

International Customs & Duties Please note that for international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.
